The backpack version offers anatomically shaped shoulder straps. The carrying system also has quick-release fasteners that allow it to be removed quickly or put on while lying down. The chest strap included in the scope of delivery also increases the wearing comfort.
The innovation, however, is the second carrying strap, also included in the scope of delivery, with which the MBP can be carried as a sling bag, similar to a shoulder bag. Carrying this way convinces with a number of advantages that a backpack simply cannot offer.
The bag can be pulled forward when carrying it if you only want to have quick access to your cell phone or keys WITHOUT having to put the entire bag down. But it can also be an advantage in a crowd to carry your bag “on your stomach” in front of you to give pickpockets no chance at all. Even when sitting with a backrest, the MBP does not have to be removed.
There is a hole at the top of the bag to insert a hydration tube or cable. Inside the backpack there is also a slide-in compartment with a hanger for a water bladder.
The two outer compression straps allow the load to be lashed securely and tightly, but can also be used to attach a rain jacket to the bag, for example.
